Nicole brings a strong background in customer service and healthcare administration to North West Cardio Diagnostics. Having worked with people for most of her career, she is passionate about creating a positive and supportive experience for every patient she meets.
Nicole has lived in the United States for over 20 years and in Ecuador for 2.5 years, gaining valuable perspective from her diverse life experiences. She is married and a proud mother of three daughters, and spent many years moving throughout the U.S. due to her husband’s career in the oil and gas industry. Professionally, she has experience working in banking in both the U.S. and Canada before returning to school during the COVID-19 pandemic and transitioning into healthcare.
Since 2021, Nicole has worked as a Medical Office Assistant, where she takes pride in being a welcoming and positive presence for patients as they navigate their medical journey. Outside of work, she enjoys knitting, crocheting, hiking, biking, and playing pickleball.
